		This is a 1989 Tracer Horse trailer. It is a 5 horse slant with living quarters and mid tack. The living quarters: Has a bathroom with a sink toilet shower and cupboards for storage. It has new water proof flooring that looks like wood. 3' Long 63'' Wide Living area has a stove top that is gas, a sink, real hardwood cupboards, microwave, fridge that is lp/electric, a table with seating that folds down into a bed for night time, ALOT OF CUPBOARDS for lots of storage. 8'9" long 7' wide The gooseneck part is a HUGE bed with cupboards and lights. 80" long 7' wide The whole living quaters has new flooring that is all water proof and looks like real wood!!! Also has a radio inside has heat and air conditioning Can walk all the way through entire trailer Now onto the mid tack has saddle racks, cupboard and lots of hooks, it also has a door that goes to the living quarters and another door that goes into the back Short wall 23" long wall 59" Now onto the back of the trailer 5 divided stalls, has feed mangers front stall also has its own gate to come out the front (stud ramp) New 2 speed butt fans, full loading ramp with end storage compartment Short wall 14'4" Long wall 18' 68"wide Extras Hay rack on top 15' Long 79" wide very nice used very little Extra side storage compartments lots of room!!! great for buckets and all kinds of things INFO: Like new tires with spare and extra tire with tube Electric overhydraulic brakes 2200 VERY NICE Trailer taken very good care of. We are getting rid of it because we are not racing anymore and do not really have a lot of use for it.
